Domaine Vincent and Martine Stoeffler have 13 hectares of vineyards producing 35 different wines from vineyards stretching from Ribeauville to Barr. Attention to detail is evident in the cellar to complement the biodynamic approach to their winemaking.

Their style tends to the drier food friendly, which I love and I think best suits these more northerly vineyards, and of particular note are the two Rieslings of Kirchberg and Schoenenbourg.
There are limited stocks held in bond London but a Groupage or excellars list is available for these truly underrated and exceptional wines.

Domaine Cedrick Bardin, Pouilly sur Loire.This young, talented vigneron produces a first rate Sauvignon Blanc: A classic Pouilly Fume as well as a special Cuvee des Bernadats which as added lees contact, a Sancerre and tiny amounts of Pouilly sur Loire – a wine made from Chasselas.
These wines really show their specific terroir and Cedrick’s skilful winemaking, the Pouilly Fume grown on Calcaire and the Sancerre over Silex. The Cuvee des Bernadats is a richer expression of Pouilly Fume and is from a block of vines 30 – 35 years old grown on Marne. Halves are available for both the classic wines
